Checkmate Juniors

Checkmate Juniors is a youth hip hop dance group that has the opportunity to train with Checkmate Experience, perform and be apart of video productions. The company trains every Thursday from 7pm to 8:30pm with ages 7-17 years old. To become a member of Checkmate Juniors fill out the registration form below.

(Note: Taking a regular hip hop class is a requirement).

I agree and understand that registration, tuition, and uniform payments are non-refundable. I understand that the registration fee is due at the time of registration to hold my dancer's spot in the company. I understand and give permission for my child to participate in Checkmate Juniors. I understand that there is a possibility of physical injury. I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge all rights and claims for damages which may arise now or in the future against any Checkmate Experience, LLC representative. I authorize Checkmate Experience, LLC to use their best judgement in any emergency. I hereby give permission for my child to be used in photographs and/or videos for promotional and marketing purposes. If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you may cancel by calling or emailing Checkmate Experience, LLC. I understand if I cancel my child's enrollment that fees are non-refundable.
